I can’t remember my password! What should I do?
We can easily get you logged back into your account, head to the login page and click forgotten password, enter the email address you registered with and we will send you a reset link to update your password and get you logged in.
My order is damaged or broken. How can I resolve it?
We want to help resolve issues like this as quickly as possible, please use our contact form or email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, the faulty items product code (this can be found just above the barcode) and a description of the fault. Images of the fault can also help us with quality control issues.
There are wrong or missing items in my order. How do I get help?

When will my order arrive?
We aim to deliver your order as soon as possible, once dispatched your order should be with you within 3 to 5 days. During busy periods there may be a delay to our standard service. Our next day delivery service is available for orders placed before 12pm. You can track your order in the account section.
How do I cancel an order?
We can't cancel an order after it have gone through on the system, but you can return unused items within 28 days of receiving your order. View our returns policy for more information.
Please note that address, item & quantity changes cannot be made after you have finished the checkout process.

Can I return an item that was gifted to me?
We would be happy to replace any item that was faulty/damaged, we would need proof of order including order number to do this, however if you wish to return an item for any other reason this would need to be done through the person who purchased the product.
Can I collect my order directly from you?
We currently do not have a system in place to allow direct collections and can only process orders for postal delivery.
How can I unsubscribe from your newsletter?
If you wish to unsubscribe from our newsletters, you can do this at any time by clicking the unsubscribe button at the bottom of your emails. Alternatively you can email us on email@example.com to unsubscribe, this must be done via the email you wish to unsubscribe, so we can confirm you are the owner of the account.
