Beautiful Sewing Basket but delivery process poor

The basket is lovely; plenty of room for all my sewing bits. However the delivery process used was very poor (including incomplete address on delivery label and I kept getting updates from a completely different courier so I thought those were a scam). It's only because I have very decent, honest neighbours that I received this order. Given the price of this item this was not good.

Wonderful product. Looks great and has good compartments. I have it on display rather than tucking in into a cupboard!
